- 应用 盐酸依普拉酮的盐酸盐呈白色结晶粉末，无臭，味苦。能溶于热水，难溶于冷水，不溶于丙酮、乙醚。盐酸依普拉酮为兼具中枢性与末梢镇咳作用的非成瘾性镇咳药，主要作用于咳嗽中枢。

Eprazinone specifically displaces binding to the NK1R. Although Eprazinone displays a rather weak inhibition of [ 125 I]BH-SP binding to NK1R, at a concentration of 25 μM, and an antagonistic effect of about 30%, NK1R blockade could contribute to its mucolytic activity.
