ble in water and alcohol; insoluble in dilute alka-
lies, mineral acids; soluble in tartaric acid. Non-
combustible.
Opacifier in enamels for cast iron and glass,
ingredient of acid-resisting sheet steel enamels,
high-temperature oxidizing agent.
Other forms are sodium metaantimonate,2Na Sb O3?7H2O, and sodium pyroantimonate,Na2H2Sb2O7?H2O.
