(1) Benzyl cinnamate ester mainly adopts esterification method and shrinkage method: esterification method is to neutralize cinnamic acid as raw material first with sodium hydroxide, and then esterification reaction with chlorotoluene. Benzyl acetate and benzaldehyde are used as raw materials for condensation.
(2) Natural extraction method: natural extraction method is to extract benzyl cinnamate in Peruvian balsam, turu balsam and benzoin by extraction method.
(3) direct esterification of cinnamic acid and benzyl alcohol: transesterification method using benzyl alcohol and methyl cinnamate: interaction method of sodium cinnamate and benzyl chloride: Claisen condensation method by benzyl acetate and benzoic acid.
Packing, transportation and storage
Packed in 25kg plastic lined cardboard bucket or paper bag, stored in a cool, ventilated and rainproof warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. Should be stored separately with oxidizer, avoid mixed storage and transportation.
