Product Introduction



1. Xanthan gum is a biopolymer prepared by Xanthomonas rapesola from black rot of cabbage using corn starch through bioengineering. It is a biological polysaccharide composed of glucose, mannose, glucuronic acid, acetic acid and pyruvate. The molecular structure of xanthan gum determines its incomparable properties: 1. High viscosity at low concentration; 2. 2. Good flow thixotropy or pseudoplasticity; 3 Acid, alkali, salt resistance, oxidation resistance, enzymatic hydrolysis; 4 Temperature resistant, stable in several freezing and thawing processes, stable under high temperature conditions; 5 Good compatibility with acids, bases, salts, reducing agents, surfactants, preservatives, natural or synthetic thickeners in the same solution system; 6 Good dispersion, emulsifying stability and suspension of particles, oil drop ability.
