背景（Background）

Glypian-3（GPC3）也称为肠蛋白OCI-5、GTR2-2、MXR7，属于Glypian家族。Glypian 3/GPC-3在肺、肝和肾中高度表达。Glypian-3抑制DPP4的二肽基肽酶活性。Glypian-3可能参与抑制/调节主要中胚层组织和器官的生长，也可能在调节IGF2与其受体的相互作用中发挥作用，从而调节其功能。
