Description：Colistin sulfate 通过类似清洁剂的机制对革兰氏阴性菌具有杀菌作用。该机制涉及与外膜的脂多糖和磷脂相互作用，以及通过竞争性置换膜脂带负电荷的磷酸基团中的二价阳离子 (钙和镁) 对外膜的静电干扰。

Colistin sulfate has a bactericidal effect on Gram negative bacteria through a mechanism similar to that of a cleaning agent. This mechanism involves interactions with lipopolysaccharides and phospholipids on the outer membrane, as well as electrostatic interference on the outer membrane by competitively replacing divalent cations (calcium and magnesium) in the negatively charged phosphate groups of membrane lipids.
