Antioxidant RIANOX 330

Rianlon is a major manufacturer of anti-aging additives and application technologies for polymeric materials. Products include antioxidants (RIANOX®), light stabilizers(RIASORB®), and U-pack® grades which are anti-aging solutions, with enhanced safety, health and environmental profiles. Rianlon materials are widely used in automotive parts, coatings, construction materials, packaging, electronics, rubber, lubricants and other industries.

RIANOX 330 (Old name: THANOX 330) is a high molecular weight phenolic antioxidant by Rianlon. It is compatible with polyethylene, polyamide, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyester, polyurethane, rubber and PVC. It offers extraction resistance, improved performance stability, long-term thermal stability, processing stability and maintenance of color properties. RIANOX 330 is recommended for adhesives.

Rianox 330 is a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant that provides very low volatility and excellent resistance to extraction from polymer compounds. RIANOX 330 exhibits superior performance over typical high molecular weight antioxidant in controlling degradation of polyolefin during processing. RIANOX 330 is resistant to water and solvent extraction and has been shown to decrease water carry over in water-quenched polypropylene film lines. Also, RIANOX 330 is not absorbed by fillers typically used in polyolefin.
